Lindsay started her career in accounting and finance, where she held leadership positions in Alberta’s oil and gas sector and the residential and commercial property management industry. In her financial and business analyst roles, Lindsay translated consumer insights into actionable strategies for brands such as Molson Coors, Mission Hill Winery and Coca-Cola.
As the Human Resource Manager for an international financial services company based in Vancouver, she built the HR function from the ground up, establishing process and structure for a firm of over 400 employees.
Since 2010 Lindsay has contributed her finance, project management and human resources skills to organizations such as Enbridge, Cenovus and PotashCorp. An expert in supporting large-scale business transformation, she uses data and analytics to help leaders successfully manage organizational change.
Lindsay lives in Calgary where she manages the operations of Jeffrey Strategic, delivers interactive talks, and facilitates Connecting Through Listening workshops.
