Troy Diakow has spent a career creating exceptional environments for customers and employees. Troy began his career leading on-site teams at ATCO I-Tek where influential communication was crucial for success in the regulated world of utilities. He then moved to Dell Technologies and led business divisions for one of Dell’s premier sites where he worked extensively with teams from France, the UK and the US.
After a period in the oil and gas sector guiding strategic planning and staff development, Troy was asked to lead client service and stakeholder relationship efforts for Alberta Pensions Services Corporation. His team was recognized by the International Association of Business Communicators and the International Customer Management Institute for their work with over 500 stakeholders on a multi-year, multi-million dollar project.
Troy is a Master of Business Administration candidate with Royal Roads University and is Procsi ADKAR change management certified. He lives in Edmonton, Alberta with his wife and two daughters, where they take advantage of the year-round outdoor activities afforded by Alberta’s many wide-open spaces.
